DESCRIPTION: We were asked by the Client to produce a concept design to enable client to visualise future development of the site. The aim was to provide a design for the refurbishment of the whole retail park. The concept design provided ideas for a fresh, new, modern image for the exterior elevation and also modern interior fit out to be undertaken in phases.
COMPLETION: Ongoing – See Unit 5, Sears Retail Park for Phase 1.
